VISITORS TO THIS WEBSITE/APP ARE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING TO USE THIS SITE.

Tariffs/charges for the plans chosen are to be paid in advance. Such charges are non-refundable as this is a prepaid service.

No installation charges are applicable on a Prince Cable Network Fiber connection.

GST at 18% is not included in the tariff/charges and is payable over and above the plan charges.

Tariff plans/offers are subject to guidelines, directions and orders issued by TRAI and/or DoT.

Prince Cable Network reserves the right to modify or withdraw these Terms and Conditions, including tariff plans, at any time. Updates may be displayed on the website without prior notice to the customer. Posting the updated terms on the website will be deemed notice to the customer.

Any one-time charges paid to Prince Cable Network regional partners at the time of installation are non-refundable.

The company may provide a refund of the user’s first payment only if a new connection cannot be provided at the requested address due to lack of feasibility.

Any interest-free security deposit will be refunded only online and not in cash, after the assets have been returned in the same condition as when received. The refund will be processed within 60 working days after Prince Cable Network accepts the returned Optical Network Unit (ONU).

The ONU must be returned to a person appointed by Prince Cable Network. This may be the local cable operator, a Prince Cable Network retail partner, or a logistics company appointed by Prince Cable Network to collect the ONU from the customer’s location.

Any faulty ONU will be replaced by Prince Cable Network within 48 hours to 5 working days from the time the complaint is raised with Prince Cable Network, subject to service and replacement logistics.

Refunds will be processed to the bank account provided at registration or to the bank account/wallet linked to the phone number registered with Prince Cable Network. No other bank account will be used for refunds. Cash and cheques will not be used for customer refunds.

ONU devices provided by Prince Cable Network, whether against a security deposit or as part of a bundled plan, remain the property of Prince Cable Network at all times. The company reserves the right to recover the device if the connection is terminated, surrendered or inactive.

The speed committed under a plan is measured up to the LAN port. Wi-Fi speed depends on in-home coverage and the performance of devices at the customer premises.

The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional campaign, including any offered gratification, and display the change on its website without prior notice to the customer. Posting the change on the website will be deemed notice to the customer.

The basis for selecting winners under any promotional campaign held by Prince Cable Network is at the company’s sole discretion.

All product and company names are trademarks (™) or registered trademarks (®) of their respective holders.

By submitting your information and/or contacting us through any medium, including phone calls, social networking channels or this website, you agree that Prince Cable Network or its sub-vendors may contact you and send promotional messages or material, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

All mentioned plans are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice.

Not all prices are available on renewal. Prices may also differ by location.

Mentioned prices are on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.

Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Promotional or introductory offer plans are available for a limited period and may be withdrawn without prior notice. They are not available on renewal and are one-time onboarding plans.

The OTT bundle is available only on 300 Mbps and 400 Mbps multi-month plans. Prince Cable Network reserves the right to revise or change this offering at any time.

Prince Cable Network does not charge an additional security deposit for ONU devices in cities/states/DoT circles other than Mumbai on specified Fiber (FTTH) plans offered by Prince Cable Network. The company reserves the right to revise, change or cancel this arrangement at any time.

Some plans available to consumers receiving collateral offers or benefits may attract additional GST charges.

In the event of misuse, fraudulent use, unauthorized telemarketing or commercial use of the broadband connection by a subscriber, Prince Cable Network reserves the right to discontinue the connection for the relevant subscriber(s), as it deems appropriate. These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between Prince Cable Network and each customer. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Prince Cable Network is launching an ONU bundle on multi-month promotional plans for 200 Mbps, 300 Mbps and 400 Mbps. Single-month 200 Mbps, 300 Mbps and 400 Mbps plans will be available against a refundable security deposit of INR 2,000, where applicable.
