At Prince Cable Networks, we aim to provide our customers with reliable and uninterrupted broadband services. As we operate on a prepaid model, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please read the following points carefully to understand our refund guidelines:
1. All payments made towards any broadband plan are non-refundable under any circumstances, including partial usage, dissatisfaction, or service termination.
2. One-time charges, including but not limited to installation fees paid to our regional partners, are non-refundable.
3. Refunds may only be applicable in case of technical non-feasibility during initial connection setup. In such cases, only the first payment will be refunded after verifying feasibility failure. This process may take up to 15 working days.
4. Any refundable security deposit for Optical Network Units (ONU) will be processed only upon returning the equipment in its original condition, subject to inspection. Refunds for security deposits will be processed online to the registered bank account only. No cash or cheque payments will be made.
5. ONU must be returned to an authorized person designated by Prince Cable Networks, such as the local cable operator, retail partner, or logistics company.
6. Refunds will be credited only to the bank account or wallet linked to the registered phone number provided during registration. No third-party or unlinked accounts will be entertained.
7. We do not offer refunds on service downtime, performance variations due to device limitations, or any other reason unless explicitly stated.
8. Promo plans, introductory offers, or limited-time plans are non-refundable and not applicable for renewal or exchange.
