“VISITORS TO THIS WEBSITE/APP ARE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”), SO PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING TO USE THIS SITE.”

1. Tariffs and Payment

Tariffs/charges for the plans chosen are to be paid in advance. Such charges are non-refundable as this is a prepaid service.

2. Installation Charges

No installation charges are applicable on Prince Cable Network Fiber connection.

3. GST

GST @ 18% is not included in the tariff/charges and is payable over and above the plan charges.

4. TRAI and DoT Guidelines

The Tariff Plans/Offers are subject to guidelines, directions and orders issued by TRAI and/or DoT.

5. Modification of Terms and Tariff Plans

The Company reserves the right at any time to modify or withdraw these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to tariff plans, and display the same on its website without prior notice to the customer. Such posting will be deemed to have been read by the customer.

6. One-Time Installation Charges

Any one-time charges paid to PRINCE CABLE NETWORK Regional Partners at the time of installation are non-refundable.

7. Refund in Case of No Feasibility

The Company may extend a refund to the user only for the first payment in case there is no feasibility for building a new connection at the requested address.

8. Security Deposit Refund

The interest-free security deposit will be refunded only through online mode and not in cash, after the return of assets in the same condition as at the time of receipt.

The refund will be processed within 60 working days after acceptance of the Optical Network Unit (ONU) by PRINCE CABLE NETWORK.

9. Return of ONU

The ONU is to be returned to a person appointed by PRINCE CABLE NETWORK. This may include the local cable operator, PRINCE CABLE NETWORK retail partner, or any logistics company appointed by PRINCE CABLE NETWORK to recover the ONU from the customer’s location.

10. ONU Replacement

Any fault in the ONU is to be replaced by PRINCE CABLE NETWORK within 5 working days to 48 hours from the time of raising the complaint with PRINCE CABLE NETWORK.

11. Refund Bank Account

Refunds are to be processed to the bank account provided at the time of registration or to the bank account/wallet linked to the phone number registered with PRINCE CABLE NETWORK.

No other bank account is to be used for refunds. Cash and cheques are not to be used for customer refunds.

12. Ownership of ONU

The ONU devices provided by PRINCE CABLE NETWORK, either against a security deposit or as part of a bundled plan, will remain the property of PRINCE CABLE NETWORK Pvt Ltd at all times.

The Company reserves the right to take back the ONU in case the connection is terminated, surrendered or becomes inactive.

13. Internet Speed

The speed committed under a plan is applicable up to the LAN port.

Wi-Fi speed is subject to the customer’s premises’ in-house coverage and the performance of the customer’s devices.

14. Promotional Campaigns

The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional campaign along with any offered gratification, if applicable, and display the same on its website without prior notice to the Customer. Such posting will be deemed to have been read by the Customer.

15. Promotional Campaign Winners

The basis for the selection of winners under any promotional campaign held by PRINCE CABLE NETWORK will be at the Company’s sole discretion.

16. Trademarks

All product and company names are trademarks ™️ or registered®️ trademarks of their respective holders.

17. Promotional Communication

By submitting your information and/or contacting us through any medium, including phone calls, social networking channels, website or other communication channels, you agree to receive promotional messages or material and to be contacted by PRINCE CABLE NETWORK or its sub-vendors.

18. Changes to Plans

All mentioned plans are subject to change or discontinuation without prior information.

19. Renewal Pricing

Not all offered prices are available on renewal. Prices may also differ depending on the location.

20. Monthly Pricing

The mentioned prices are on a monthly basis.

21. Taxes

Prices as mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes.

22. Promotional and Introductory Plans

Promotional plans or introductory offer plans are for a limited period and may be withdrawn without prior information.

These plans are not available on renewal and are one-time onboarding plans.

23. OTT Bundle

The OTT Bundle is available on 300 Mbps and 400 Mbps multi-month plans only.

PRINCE CABLE NETWORK reserves the right at all times to revise or change the OTT Bundle without assigning any reason thereof.

24. ONU Security Deposit

PRINCE CABLE NETWORK shall not charge additional security deposits for the ONU in all cities/States/DoT Circles except Mumbai on specific Fiber (FTTH) plans offered by PRINCE CABLE NETWORK.

PRINCE CABLE NETWORK reserves the right at all times to revise, change or cancel this provision without assigning any reason thereof.

25. Additional GST Charges

There may be plans available for consumers facing collaterals that might have additional GST charges.

26. Misuse and Unauthorized Use

In case of any misuse, fraudulent use, unauthorized telemarketing or commercial use of the Broadband connectivity by the subscriber, PRINCE CABLE NETWORK reserves the right to discontinue the connection altogether for any subscriber(s), as PRINCE CABLE NETWORK may deem fit.

These Terms & Conditions shall constitute an agreement between PRINCE CABLE NETWORK and each customer. By subscribing to the above plans, you accept these Terms & Conditions as binding upon you.

27. ONU Bundle Plans

PRINCE CABLE NETWORK is launching an ONU bundle on multi-month promotional plans for 200 Mbps, 300 Mbps and 400 Mbps.

The single-month 200 Mbps, 300 Mbps and 400 Mbps plans will be available for sale on a refundable security deposit of INR 2,000/-.

28. WhatsApp Promotional Messages

By clicking the checkbox, you agree to receive promotional messages on WhatsApp from PRINCE CABLE NETWORK.
